  • Nutrition for the Pre and Post Natal body

  • Education on labor and the birth process

  • Upon completion, receive your birth doula certification

  • 4 Full Days in Longmont, CO off of North Hwy 36

  • Tentative Hours 8:30am - 5pm with lunch break

  • All course content and manuals provided upon arrival

  • Required and suggested additional reading lists provided upon registration

  • Certification earned after post training action items completed and submitted

  • Optional Add Ons through Beheld (can count toward certification requirements):

    • CPR Certification through the Red Cross​
